Our Philosophy...
There are so many sites on the net that advertise "genuine" hip hop
loops and samples that it can be confusing to decide which one to spend
your hard earned cash on, lets face it homie the last thing you went
when you download your samples is to find yet another pack of almost
worthless wack loops that you know just wont make your beats sound how
YOU
want them to sound. Its always the same old story, yeah the loops are
well cut, yeah the quality is great and yeah they probably mixed em down
on a pro tools system onto 1/4inch tape but damm why do they always sound so weak?
We are different and ill tell
you why. Trust me when I tell you, what we don't know about Hip Hop
production aint worth writing about. This aint a bold statement but
fact, we live, breathe and die hip hop and have been making bangin hits
throughout all the hip hop genres for decades. We also have many
contacts in the industry that help source the actual drum sounds and
samples the professionals use themselves. This qualifies us to give
you the best possible loops and samples to make the best possible pro
sounding beats...
Our studio isn't a shiny top
of the range outfit, its a smoky grimy working unit that is filled with
old records, old keyboards and new ideas. We exclusively use MPC's and
valve based compressors/limiters for all of our samples plus we have
been known to use The Alchemists favourite toy, the ASR10, to give you that genuine "Hip Hop
Sound".
